In order to receive Thanksgiving assistance you must submit this form by the deadline of November 9, 2018. Return forms to any GNG school or drop off in the lock boxes at the Gray or New Gloucester Town Offices or the Gray Public Library. You must be a resident of Gray or New Gloucester to receive assistance. You will be contacted by a sponsor once you have been assigned one.
