Core Beliefs
Implementation of this strategic plan will ensure:
● we have continuously improved the image and standing of MSAD 15 in our own communities
and beyond. GNG will be a beacon of excellence that others look to as a model of how
school districts should be run;
● we will have increased our attendance rates; and
● we will have created increased opportunity for staff and students to be creative, emphasizing
that we value problem solving.
Strategic Plan Goals
1. All learners in MSAD 15 will experience high-quality instruction and be able to demonstrate skills for lifelong learning, work, and citizenship.
2. All learners in MSAD 15 will attend schools that are safe, nurturing, and responsive to the social and emotional well-being of everyone.
3. All learners in MSAD 15 will attend schools that have high-quality indoor and outdoor facilities that meet academic, co-curricular, and other student services needs.
4. All MSAD 15 employees collaborate and coordinate to implement highly functional operational systems for the benefit of our students.
