Dear School Community,
Last night’s District Budget Meeting was a tremendous success, thanks to YOU. With over 150 voters in attendance, our community showed up in a meaningful way, and we are deeply grateful for your time, your presence, and your engagement in the process.
Here is a summary of the results:
• Articles 1–13: Passed, all in favor, none opposed
• Article 14 (written ballot): Passed, 153 in favor, 8 opposed
• Article 15: Passed, majority in favor, 2 opposed
• Articles 16 & 17: Passed, all in favor, none opposed
• Article 18: Passed, majority in favor, 2 opposed
A special thank you to our GNG High School Community Service Club for generously providing childcare during the meeting — they made it easier for more families to participate, and that matters.
We also want to give a well-deserved shout-out to the high school seniors who are newer registered voters. Seeing the next generation step up and engage in the civic process is one of the most inspiring things we can witness as a community. We are proud of you!
What Comes Next — Please Vote on June 9!
The work isn’t done yet. The next and equally important step is the official budget vote on Tuesday, June 9. Every vote counts, and we encourage all eligible community members to make their voices heard.

Your participation in this process makes a direct difference for our students, our schools, and our community. Please plan to vote on June 9 and encourage your friends and neighbors to do the same.
Thank you again for your continued support of our schools.
