Notification Regarding Destruction of Student Special Education Records
MSAD15 is taking this opportunity to notify the community members who attended MSAD15 schools that have a date of birth between January 1, 1997 – December 31, 1997 that their special education records will be destroyed by August 25, 2023.
Please submit a written request to:

By August 1, 2023 to release the special education records to you.
For MSAD15 students, a permanent record including the student’s name, address, phone number, grades, attendance record, classes attended, and grade level completed shall be maintained at the district with no time limitations.
